The poolside panic buttons only go to the office. All external emergency support including the fire service must be summoned directly by the team via the wall mounted landline phone

There are no lifeguards on duty so the swimming teacher is responsible for their safety and safety of all swimmers and the continuous supervision and observation of the pool in order to provide a safe environment. The swimming teacher MUST hold an NPLQ or NRASTC

A single pool alarm is located on poolside. If activated the pool alarm will ring 2 people who can provide remote assistants, if required. An emergency mobile phone is located on poolside during all operational hours and MUST be used to call the emergency services if they are required
